About Amy
I’m a wife, mother and Nonno to my grandchildren. They are my heart and when my first grand daughter was born I realized I needed to change my health if I wanted to live a long healthy life and be able to do the things grandparents are supposed to do like getting in the floor, running around being silly or even walking in the zoo. I was overweight and miserable and I knew at the point this would not happen unless I changed.  So the journey began with all the yo-yo dieting.

I’m a full time evangelist wife and travel all the time. I eat out a lot or had others preparing the food for me. With others choosing what we ate it was hard to stick with any “diet”.  But when I discovered Diet Free Life I knew this was something I could do for the rest of my life regardless of where I was or who cooked or where I ate.

As I have regained my health I have found my passion for helping people, this includes connecting with church’s and communities.
